CANCELLATION

1. Customers can cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is done. 3% cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice.

2. No cancellation will be allowed post sample collection.

REFUND POLICY

1. If cancellation has been initiated by customers who have done the booking using an online payment method, they can make the request for the refund to be credited on the payment platform selected at the time of booking.

2. Customers will be eligible for a full and/or partial refund in case the respective testing Lab is unable to provide the report within the Turnaround Time (TAT) mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Customers need to raise their refund request either by calling  +91 9040017001 or writing an email to admin@prolifediagnostics.in

4. Refunds might take 10 to 15 business days to get credited in the customer’s account.

5. No refund request will be accepted once the Lab has generated the test report within TAT.

6. No refund request will be accepted 15 days after a sample collection has been done.
